Yes. Systems are built to the NIST AI Risk Management Framework and satisfy OMB M-25-21 minimum risk-management practices for high-impact AI.
Can ANi handle PHI and CUI?
PHI is handled under signed BAAs with flows designed to the HIPAA Security Rule. For CUI, we are preparing for CMMC Level 2 ahead of the Phase 2 assessment requirement that begins November 2026.
