Heritage / four decades of mission systems
Affinity Networks did not arrive at agentic AI from a pitch deck. The discipline comes from four decades of building systems where being wrong was not an option, from submarine control rooms to the Space Shuttle program to the VA.
The throughline
Systems engineering at IBM for US Navy submarine command and control and advanced systems for the Central Intelligence Agency, where reliability and discipline were not optional.
Mission-critical delivery for human spaceflight, the definition of low tolerance for error.
Federal and commercial systems integration in Arlington, with documented common-law use of the IntelaCare mark.
Disease management to phones and broadband devices for veterans, including a TBI program, reaching up to 70% daily engagement.
An active research program in decentralized autonomy: micro-agent swarm architecture, resilient undersea orchestration, and OSINT at mission speed. The founding submarine work, picked back up.
Governed autonomy in production, and acceptance into the CMS ACCESS clinical AI model.
Leadership
Arthur Henderson, President and CEO, founded Affinity Networks in 2007 after a systems-engineering career at IBM spanning US Navy submarine command and control, the NASA Space Shuttle program, and advanced systems for the intelligence community. He has since served at the federal policy table on consumer engagement, connected health, and precision medicine. He still reads the audit trail.
Graduate of Duke University, with a Fellowship at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
CMS Federal Advisory Committee on Consumer Engagement, FCC Connect2Health Task Force, and the White House Precision Medicine Task Force.
Named a White House Champion of Change for work in the Precision Medicine Working Group.
Standing
Partner in NVIDIA's program for AI companies building on accelerated computing.
A delivery history alongside Microsoft, Cisco, Citrix, Verizon, and Adobe.
GSA delivery history with verifiable past performance across agencies.
Ventures
The consulting practice and the ventures feed each other. What we learn shipping our own clinical systems is what we bring to yours.
Chronic-care clinical AI carrying the mark ANi has used since 2007, now an accepted applicant in the CMS ACCESS model with a named medical director.
A patient-controlled health intelligence layer. The record stays with the patient, and the patient decides who reads it.
AI extraction that turns wearable and app screenshots into structured, portable health readings. The ingestion engine behind the data fabric.
Healthcare communications infrastructure aimed at the digital divide, spun out to keep connectivity from deciding who gets care.
If you have a high-consequence problem and a low tolerance for hand-waving, that is our language.
