Affinity Networks did not arrive at agentic AI from a pitch deck. The discipline comes from four decades of building systems where being wrong was not an option, from submarine control rooms to the Space Shuttle program to the VA.

Command and control
Systems engineering at IBM for US Navy submarine command and control and advanced systems for the Central Intelligence Agency, where reliability and discipline were not optional.
1990s
NASA Space Shuttle program
Mission-critical delivery for human spaceflight, the definition of low tolerance for error.
2007–08
Affinity Networks founded
Federal and commercial systems integration in Arlington, with documented common-law use of the IntelaCare mark.
2015–16
VA mobile health
Disease management to phones and broadband devices for veterans, including a TBI program, reaching up to 70% daily engagement.
2025–26
Edge autonomy R&D
An active research program in decentralized autonomy: micro-agent swarm architecture, resilient undersea orchestration, and OSINT at mission speed. The founding submarine work, picked back up.
2026
Agentic platform
Governed autonomy in production, and acceptance into the CMS ACCESS clinical AI model.
Leadership
The founder.
Arthur Henderson, President and CEO, founded Affinity Networks in 2007 after a systems-engineering career at IBM spanning US Navy submarine command and control, the NASA Space Shuttle program, and advanced systems for the intelligence community. He has since served at the federal policy table on consumer engagement, connected health, and precision medicine. He still reads the audit trail.
