What the site collects.
Nothing directly. The site is static, sets no cookies, uses no localStorage or sessionStorage, runs no analytics, and loads no third-party scripts or fonts. It is served by Cloudflare, which keeps standard, short-lived server logs (IP address, user agent, requested URL) to operate and protect the network; we do not enrich, resell, or join those logs to anything.
What happens when you write to us.
Email sent to build@theanigroup.com or contracts@theanigroup.com goes to our business mailboxes and is used to respond to you. We do not add you to a marketing list; there is no list. If you ask us to delete a thread, we will, subject to legal and contractual retention duties.
Client data
Engagement data is governed by contract.
Data we handle inside an engagement, including PHI, is governed by the engagement agreement and, where applicable, a signed BAA, not by this page. The technical controls behind that are on security and trust. Questions about this policy: build@theanigroup.com.
